Chocolate & Peppermint

A personal favourite! Peppermint hot cocoa. Iced peppermint mocha. If there's a better combination than theses two, they surely did not stay in memory.

Sugar Cookies

It's not Christmas until great grandma's sugar cookies are rolled out on the table. It even comes in different shapes!

Brie Cheese

Brie cheese tastes great with apples, pomegranates, & spread on toasts. There are also some recipes for tarts with brie cheese.

Gingerbread

The taste of gingerbread is the taste of the season - slightly sweet, with a hint of spice! The traditional gingerbread shape is a man, but if you don't like the idea of biting off a man's head on Christmas, you can do Gingerbread wands or sticks.

Roast Beef Tenderloin

The secret to a meat dish is how it is cooked. If you're a meat-eater, there's nothing more appropriate than an excellent roast on Christmas time.

Mashed potatoes are good, but mashed sweet potatoes are even better! And it has about a hundred times more flavour & nutrition. Add some rosemary & roasted pecans to make it even more delicious.
